The Dyfi Distillery's Hibernation Gin has recently been named at the top of The Independent's "10 Best new Gins" and it's not hard to see why.
Brothers Pete & Danny Cameron regularly scour the Welsh hillsides for fresh, hand-picked botanicals that go into making their incredible gins. This new offering has been hibernated through winter in a rare, seasoned white port barrel which helps to give this fruity, herbal gin a mature warmth.
The snail on the label represents the slow process which results in one distillation per week. The emphasis here is very much on quality.
