Try these canapé recipes from the Cheshire Smokehouse - they are easy to make and guaranteed to please during the party season.
Smoked Chicken Canapé Cups
Ingredients:
Pack of Canapé Cups – 20 cups
2 x Cheshire Smokehouse Smoked Chicken Breast
½ Jar of Tracklements Apricot & Ginger Chutney
4 x tbsps. Mayonnaise
4 x tsps. Curry Powder
Remove the skin & finely dice the chicken breast. Add in all other ingredients & using a teaspoon portion up into the canapé cups. Top with a srinkle of cayenne powder &/or a small strip of black grape to serve.
Pecorino Canapé Cups
Ingredients:
Pack of Canapé Cups – 20 cups
2 x tubs of Smokehouse Pecorino Dip
1/2 x tub of Cream Cheese
Mix the two tubs of dip & cream cheese together. Using a teaspoon portion up into the cups & top with some freshly grated parmesan to serve.
Smoked Salmon Blinis
Ingredients:
1 x pack Cocktail Blinis (16)
1 x pack 200g pack of Smokehouse Smoked Salmon - sliced
½ tub of Cream Cheese
Spread a little cream cheese onto the blini, add a twist of smoked salmon & top with a little sprig of dill or little portion of caviar – your choice!
