This Website is provided free of charge for personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. The purpose of the Website is to provide you with details of our products and also to enable you to contact us in relation to any requirements you may have.

Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Cart or Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need so that we can satisfy and complete the order.

We accept credit card and debit card payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. You may send your credit card or debit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

When you pay for an order through our website, you will be taken to our third-party payment provider to make your payment before being directed back to our website. Shipping and Handling

All orders will be delivered using an overnight carrier and will be despatched for the requested delivery date, stock permitting. Delivery cost ranges from £2 to £6.50 per delivery, depending on the products selected. The shipping cost for your order will be shown on the Checkout page. Highlands and Islands are not included; please contact our office for an individual cost. We currently do not deliver overseas.

Delivery Schedule

Your order is processed immediately upon receipt unless specified otherwise and is dispatched Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. Orders received after midday may not be despatched until the following day.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. If any of our products does not meet with your satisfaction we will either refund or replace that item. Your statutory rights are not affected.
