Warm Chicken Salad with Caramelised Pecans Recipe

Try this quick and simple warm chicken salad recipe. Smokey pancetta, sweet caramelised pecan nuts, chicken and redcurrant dressing. Topped with garlicky croutons, this makes a rich, light delicious lunch dish.
