We sell a lot of bacon and our family have been curing it the same way for over 100 years. Fresh pork hand rubbed with salt, sugar and saltpetre then left to mature in our fridges to give a rich full flavour without shrinking to half its original size when cooked. Whether it's smoked or plain we are sure you will enjoy it.
