Delivery information - please read.

Most deliveries are charged at £6.50 per delivery address. Our larger hampers are sent in special packaging to protect the glass bottles and containers. Please see charges made in checkout.

Gift vouchers are sent to recipient in a gift card with your added message at a charge of £2 per address (please remember to include kisses if required)!!

IMPORTANT

All our deliveries (except vouchers) are made by next-day couriers and require a signature on receipt unless you give us instructions for it to be left with a neighbour or in a porch etc. Please use the special instructions box on the Checkout page. Our couriers, who have proved to be very reliable over the years, will try to re-deliver if nobody is home or no special instructions have been left. Failing this, the goods will need to be collected by hand from the nearest depot.

Please note: for fresh and perishable food deliveries it is recommended that the package is delivered to an address where it can be received (e.g. a place of work, or a neighbour), as we cannot guarantee that products will be refrigerated whilst being held with couriers.

Our delivery days are Tuesday - Friday. Sorry, no Saturday deliveries.
