Smoked Scottish Salmon

We buy the finest quality salmon, farmed in low intensity Scottish sea lochs. Dry cured with Cheshire salt and soft brown sugar, then gently smoked over oak chippings in our traditional brick smoke kilns.

*(We normally say 50g per smallish starter portion and 85g for a larger serving)

Approximate shelf life of 14 days.
