Smoked Mackerel

Sourced from The North Sea, these fabulous fish are lightly cured, cold smoked over oak and beech chips in traditional brick kilns, then hot smoked until succulent.

Ready to eat, just flake into a salad, grate in an omelette or on an open sandwich with thin slices of apple.

Full of omega 3 fatty acid & vitamin B12.

Approximate shelf life 14 days.

Minimum weight: 150g
