Smoked Wincle trout

Sourced from Danebridge Fisheries (Wincle) Cheshire, these fabulous fish are lightly cured, cold smoked over oak and beech chips then hot smoked until succulent. Flake over salads or pasta or just enjoy simply with good bread, lemon and horse radish. Whole fish (head, tail and skin removed).

Approximate shelf life of 14 days.

Minimum weight: 165g
