Sourced from The North Sea, these fabulous fish are lightly cured, cold smoked over oak and beech chips in traditional brick kilns, then hot smoked until succulent. These are then rubbed with cracked black pepper.
Ready to eat, just flake into a salad, grate in an omelette or on an open sandwich with thin slices of apple.
