After a marinade of sherry, honey, garlic and fresh ginger the duck breasts are slowly hot smoked. We like to keep the breasts cooked slightly pink in the middle. Sliced thinly at room temperature 1 breast will serve 3 easily as a starter.

Approximate shelf life of 14 days.
